Located on one of the most coveted streets in Alamo's favorite neighborhood, this 4 bedroom/3 bath 3056 square foot home is the quintessential Westside Rancher. Custom designed and built for the original owners in 1969, the home offers wonderful entertaining areas, extra large scale secondary bedrooms, and an ideal floor plan. For those who may be interested, there is plenty of room to expand.  The lot and setting are nothing short of spectacular. It is approximately one-half acre, substantially flat, bordered by a bucolic seasonal creek in the rear, and flanked by two absolutely GORGEOUS "modern farmhouse" re-builds. Still owned by the original family, the home is on the market for the first time. The lot was selected for its spectacular and uncompromised Las Trampas views and its majestic oaks in the backyard along the creek. So beautiful, this portion of Alamo was routinely referred to as God's Country during its development in the '60's.

The lot borders Danville and its vibrant downtown.  The Iron Horse trail is a few blocks away if pavement is the choice; Las Trampas trailheads are equally close if dirt underfoot or underwheel are preferred. The schools in the catchment area are among the most desired in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. The District itself is considered one of the finest in the State.
